Thank you for shopping with ECNTRC. Please review our shipping policy below for information regarding order processing, shipping times, and delivery.

Processing Times

All orders are processed within 3–7 business days unless otherwise stated.

During high-volume drops, holidays, or exclusive releases, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of any major delays.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated delivery times:

  • Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days after shipment
  • International: 7–21 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or customs processing.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping and billing information at checkout.

ECNTRC is not responsible for packages delayed, lost, or returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses entered by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages

ECNTRC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once they have been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.

If your package is missing, please contact the shipping carrier directly before reaching out to us.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, taxes, or additional charges required by their country.

These charges are not included in the order total or shipping costs.

Pre-Orders

Items marked as pre-order will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page.

If your order contains both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order may ship together once all items are available.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at stayecc4l@gmail.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and item
  • A brief description of the issue
